Reflective Writing IV

Friday, March 28, 2014. Miss Nola taught us about component of news in Tv Broadcasting. She said that a journalist should know at least half of the aspects of life, they should know about religion, politics, culture, social, etc. In addition, a journalist should be the master of gathering information even though, the event that will be informed is over. There is an effect appears of the event, so that is the information can be made by a journalist. 

News duration on Tv broadcasting approximately 1-1.30 minute, meanwhile, the international news duration approximately 45 seconds. Here, three kind of news format in TV broadcasting:

2.           Lead 

      -- Voice Over --

          -- Script--

    This is called "Vox Pop"

 

Lead is main idea or topic of news, there is "5W + 1H" component in Lead. Lead must be concise and clear.

These all the lesson about news given by Miss Nola. The assignment, Miss Baetty gave us quiz about what we have learned about news, I have answered and submitted it on Last Monday. I was shocked because it was my first time to answer the quiz through edmodo. It was interesting :)
